His competence and drive led to a pivotal role at CIBC as an Area Sales Leader for Home Loans Canada, before advancing to Business Development Manager for Mortgages, which sharpened his specialization in mortgage planning and services.

In 2008, Todd leveraged his extensive experience to step into the role of a Mortgage Broker with The Mortgage Centre, serving the North Bay & Area. His dedication to providing personalized mortgage solutions has been unwavering, and for over 16 years, he has been a cornerstone in the community, aiding countless individuals and families in realizing their homeownership dreams.

Parallel to his tenure as a Mortgage Broker, Todd expanded his repertoire by becoming a North Bay Realtor with Sutton Group in 2020. His dual expertise in real estate and mortgage brokerage enables him to offer a comprehensive advisory experience to his clients, further solidifying his reputation as a trusted advisor in North Bay, Ontario, Canada.
